In 3 interlinked sessions Patricia will take you step-by-step from the different online selling options to how to improve your website or online shop, from branding your site to attracting the right clients for you and stand out from the competition, to driving traffic and turning interest into sales.
At the end of each session you will get practical homework exercises to put your new knowledge and skills immediately to use, and to get professional feedback and accountability too at the next session.

Workshop 3: How to get the word out – Thursday 19 October from 1pm – 5pm
In this final session we will focus on how to drive traffic to your site and get more sales.
• We will start with some fundamental marketing concepts to get clients.
• Then we will look at SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), email marketing, social media and 'traditional' marketing to help you get interest and sales.
• We will work in detail on 'what to write, tweet and blog' about to get interest and sales, and you will start creating your own headlines and social media calendar.
• We will finish this workshop programme with the creation of your own detailed launch plan so that you know exactly what to do to make your website launch a bigger success.
