29 May 2021, 10-11.30am
Online
Let's get creative at home with Saturday Art Club.
Join our Associate Artist Emma Lewis-Jones for the last session in the course of three workshops that build on one another.Drawing on from the previous movement session, we will use graphite and paper to create our own life-size, Boswell-scale drawings at home. The creative activity is based around the idea of creating 'family portraits' or still lifes.
Continuing with the idea of finding the range in facial expressions and gestures, we'll make masks out of recycling. As a family, you will develop characters and gestures; and then perform with the masks you have created.
For this activity, NAE can provide free packs with art materials. Please book before Thursday 20 May to receive materials. The materials will be posted to you, to receive the materials please provide your preferred address upon booking.
