Kickstart your Saturday with these free drop-in creative workshops. These weekly family sessions make space for creative learning and lots of fun, the perfect chance to get creative as a family!
This season we're taking inspiration from our new exhibitions Laced: In Search of What Connects Us and Cut & Mix. Both are group exhibitions with mixed media artworks including painting, photography, video, sound, textiles and drawing.
Laced is an immersive exhibition that invites viewers to reflect upon the shared human experiences of freedom, labour and love, that have all been fundamentally up-turned, questioned and negotiated anew in this pandemic era. Cut & Mix aims to interrogate notions of race, gender, sexualities, class, place, and identities in relation to Black British masculinities.
