Let's get active at home with Saturday Art Club leader Susanna!
Inspired by our favourite animals, we'll create movements, shapes, stretches and sounds. Then we'll use everyone's movements to come up with a group routine along to music. Once we've tired ourselves out, we'll lay down and close our eyes, imagining we are the animal, thinking about our whole bodies from our paws to the tops of our heads, and have a moment of calm.
