What's your super power? Faiza Butt's exhibition Paracosm explores ideas of good and bad, of superheroes and how they influence our lives. Come along to this Family Fun Day and explore your powers of creativity and curiosity. Come dressed as your favourite superhero, or perhaps create your own!

Get your action-photo taken against a fabulous set; have your face painted or get a super paint tattoo; join our photo story-telling workshop; take up our art trail challenge or try out some super moves in our capoeira taster session.

There's even a small goodie bag for all those in costume!

Facepainting, 2pm – 5pm

Capoeira,12.15pm – 1.00pm
Join Capoeira Nottingham to try out some super moves in this taster session, combining dance, martial-art, acrobatics and music.

Superhero photoshoot, 2pm – 5pm
Strike your most super pose in this drop in photo shoot

Family Friendly Workshop: A Hero In Me, 2pm – 4pm
Who is your favourite Superhero? Here we will explore our favourite fictional characters' costumes, words and image to tell a story through montage. Part of our regular season of workshops for all the family. Booking advised

Badgemaking, 12pm – 5pm
Design your own superhero logo, or tell the world about your superpower with this crafty badgemaking session.

Art Trail Challenge, 12pm – 5pm
Explore Faiza Butt's exhibition Paracosm by answering questions, completing tasks and using your imagination.
