Nottingham-based poets Ravelle-Sadè and Jesse Freeman of Poets Against Racism present a session exploring how to use poetry & spoken word as an outlet and coping mechanism for anxiety and depression. Join the artists as they give an insight into their experiences of mental health issues. Ravelle-Sadè & Jesse will share some of their work, followed by a short creative writing session. Attendees will be offered the opportunity to perform at Poets Against Racism at NAE on 26 April (but no pressure!).

Part of Nottingham Poetry Festival 2019.
