Both yoga and viewing visual art within a gallery asks us to slow down, pause and be in the present moment. During this unique wellbeing experience, we'll begin with a gentle, slow flow yoga session with Parmjit Sagoo, followed by a relaxed and mindful exploration of the current exhibitions.
No prior experience of yoga or art necessary.
Yoga mats provided, or you can bring your own.
