Dirs. Remi Bezancon and Jean-Christophe Lie, 78 min

Raid those fancy dress boxes and come dressed ready for an adventure for this family-friendly screening of Zarafa (2012), an action-packed story of friendship between two orphans: 10 year old Maki from Sudan, and a giraffe named Zarafa. When Zarafa is promised to the King of France, Maki comes to the rescue, taking them on an extraordinary journey from Sudan to Paris. An incredible story screened in honour of children’s resilience and courage, as part of the celebrations for Refugee Week.
