Group Visits

New Art Exchange invites you to discover our exhibitions through an informal gallery tour tailored to suit your group's needs. Not only are these tours an opportunity to learn more about our exhibitions and work at NAE, they are also a chance to share your thoughts and ideas.

Our staff team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have specific areas of interest we can customise our talks to suit your needs. All tours are expected to last 30 minutes, but we encourage you to stay as long as you like.

Advanced booking is essential, especially for larger groups and all are subject to availability. If possible, please contact New Art Exchange at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit. We welcome all enquiries and we endeavour to accommodate group requests wherever possible.

Smaller groups can attend our seasonal gallery tours led by artists, NAE staff, and visiting experts. We offer verbal imaging for the visually impaired. We provide tours for schools, colleges and university free of charge. We also welcome groups with different needs and abilities. Please contact for more information.

Coach parking is available must be arranged before your visit.
The easiest way to get to NAE from Nottingham city centre is by tram. NAE is located opposite The Forest tram stop. Trams depart every 7-8 mins from Nottingham train station and market square, and it takes approximately 10 minutes.
