Are you interested in a career as a festival and event producer? If so, the YOUnique programme may be for you. YOUnique offers an opportunity for young people (age 18-30) to learn and lead in the delivery of the YOUnique Festival, a three-day takeover of New Art Exchange. You’ll learn all the key aspects of festival production and management and work with the NAE team, industry experts, and professional artists. You will receive specialist training and applied development opportunities. You’ll decide on the key themes, the artists you want to work with and programme a weekend-long festival. 2. YOUlead – developing young and local leadership
Have you got an idea for a project that would have a positive impact in your community? Are you aged 18-30? YOUlead is an opportunity to shape, grow and develop your vision into a reality. You’ll get professional support and training to further develop your leadership and entrepreneurship. Your idea can be about anything, from self-defence workshops to bread baking as long as the purpose is to inspire positive change within your local community.
