Are you interested in a career as a festival and event producer? If so, the YOUnique programme may be for you. YOUnique offers an opportunity for young people (age 18-30) to learn and lead in the delivery of the YOUnique Festival, a three-day takeover of New Art Exchange. You’ll learn all the key aspects of festival production and management and work with the NAE team, industry experts, and professional artists. 2. YOUlead – developing young and local leadership
Have you got an idea for a project that would have a positive impact in your community? Are you aged 18-30? YOUlead is an opportunity to shape, grow and develop your vision into a reality. You’ll get professional support and training to further develop your leadership and entrepreneurship. Your idea can be about anything, from self-defence workshops to bread baking as long as the purpose is to inspire positive change within your local community.
