Introducing one of Hassan Hajjaj’s Rock Stars, capoeira master Rilene Martins to lead this workshop exploring this Afro-Brazilian artform. Combining elements of martial arts, dance and acrobatics, you will learn more about the roots of capoeira, some basic moves and see Rilene and her teaching team performing.
This event is suitable for beginners and absolutely no prior experience is needed. Wear comfy clothes that you can move around in and have a go in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
