Focal Point Light Night

Focal Point is a series of photography outings co-ordinated by artist Mohamed Elzohiry, based at New Art Exchange. Each outing will have a specific itinerary and will provide a great way to meet fellow photographers and pick up hints and tips to improve your photography. The first in this series is documenting Nottingham’s Light Night at the City Centre on the 6th of February 2015. Light Night festival transforms the city and brings it to life after dark through illuminations, spectacles, music, and street theatre and is the great setting to photograph using the techniques of long exposures through slow shutter speeds. Please note that participants are expected to bring all their equipment and dress warm as we are expecting it to be a chilly night!
