Navrasa: Healthy Creative Movements with Older People

Funded by Big Lottery, Manushi Dance have collaborated with care homes in Nottingham to deliver South Asian dance workshops for older people. During this showcase, participants will present their own stories developed with techniques borrowed from the traditional storytelling of Navrasa (Nine Moods).
