SUNDAY SESSIONS YOGA

Restore energies and invite harmony into your physical and emotional bodies with Sunday Sessions yoga, led by Light Aura Yoga. This class will be a slow and soft flow style, building on a steady even breath to gently opening joints and ignite a warm, peaceful glow. Exploring yogic ethics to gain a deeper understanding of this path.
