The Freedom Project: NAE Takeover

The Freedom Project is a residency for emerging artists from the Midlands, led by Nottingham-based artist Rachael Young. NAE host an afternoon of interactive encounters exploring ideas of freedom and repression. Expect a collection of one-on-one performances, installations and durational work followed by a panel discussion with Rachael and Philosophy lecturer at Birmingham University Dr Herjeet Marway, exploring freedom in relation to gender, race and ideas of beauty.
