Join professional dancer Taiwo Bamiduro for a four day course to learn the basics of hip-hop dance.
Inspired by our exhibition, Africa State of Mind, Taiwo will show how urban and hip-hop dance moves are heavily influenced by traditional dances from across Africa.
Through breaking down moves step by step, you will build a routine rich in different cultural dance steps to showcase at the end of the week.
Suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
Anyone completing all four sessions will earn an NAE Dance certificate. Sessions take place 1pm – 4pm on Monday 29 October, Wednesday 31 October. Thursday 1 November and Friday 2 November. Please note, there will be no session on Tuesday 30 October.
