Young, Black & Present

1 Jan, 1970 at 12:00 am - 28 Oct, 2017 at 12:00 am

What does it mean to be young, black and British today? How are young people within Nottingham and other cities responding to contemporary issues through their work, community action, art and activism?

This Black History Season, we host a special event to provide space for young creatives within the city to present their practise to new audiences, and to speak about the experiences that have shaped their work. This event intends to inspire a new generation of young creatives and activists within the city.
