RESIDE: INTERFAITH PILGRIMAGE
1 Sep at 1:00 pm - 2 Sep at 1:00 pm

Join NAE’s current artist-in-residence, Sayra Begum, for an interfaith walk, journeying from New Art Exchange to three places of worship from the Abrahamic faiths (Christianity, Islam and Judaism), over the course of two days. A representative from each faith will share their vision of God, their connection to God and the prophecy of the afterlife. Walking between sites, you will be welcome to share your own thoughts and beliefs. The discussion will continue back at Sayra’s studio at New Art Exchange. More about Sayra’s residency here
Attendees are advised to dress modestly out of respect for the places of worship, and accordingly for walking and to be prepared for changing weather. A bottle of water for hydration is also advised.
