Under The Spotlight is an opportunity for young emerging Black performance Artists, Musicians, Poets, and Comedians from Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to develop and showcase their art, share, and grow their audiences within a supported coaching environment at New Art Exchange.

ELMZ XIX is an emerging Rap Artist, Songwriter, and Producer from Nottingham. He is noted for having a deep, enticing voice and seamless Rap flow often accompanying his own experimental productions. He mastered creating beats on FL Studio using an old gaming laptop. Inspired by a range of influences such as 90s Rap, early 2000s Grime and alternative Hip Hop, he encompasses this into his own style called “HipNative”.
