After
After waking up I felt exhausted
After reading a book about the way your brain works I felt comforted…but confused
After a few minutes of looking at social media I felt angry and sad
After going for some exercise I felt exhausted…but more satisfied
After sitting under a tree in a park I felt content
After trying to learn the meaning of the words to a French song I felt frustrated but proud
After going on a walk with my family I felt less disorientated
After getting the things I need to do done, I felt more accomplished
