New Art Exchange is pleased to announce we will now host Contemporary Visual Arts Network East Midlands (CVAN EM).
CVAN EM is the free-to-access Contemporary Visual Arts Network for the East Midlands, encompassing Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland. CVAN celebrate and support arts and culture in the region, fostering an inclusive long-term future for the sector, emphasising equity and access for all arts workers.
Colette Griffin, Regional Director of CVAN EM (pictured), will based with us at NAE and said about the move “We are delighted that CVAN EM will now be hosted by New Art Exchange as part of their NPO uplift from Arts Council England. This exciting opportunity will allow us to become more relevant, resilient and ambitious, providing CVAN EM with the necessary support and resources to continue in celebrating and developing arts and culture in the region, fostering an inclusive long-term future for the sector, emphasising equity and access for all arts workers!”
CVAN EM was first established in 2008 and is one of nine regional networks that form the Contemporary Visual Arts Network England.
