ART YOUR WAY

As part of our journey of becoming a citizen-led art space, we are planning to commission two amazing art projects, recognising the community of Hyson Green, and we want to hear what our community want these projects to be!
We would like to welcome everyone from our community to join one (or more) of these creative sessions, led by experienced community artist Trekkah Benjamin, to give your thoughts and voices to what Hyson Green needs from these future community-based projects.
These sessions will then go on to form a Community Brief for an open call out for commissions in early 2024 which will open to creatives, artists, collectives and groups to submit to. Two of these submissions will be selected to each deliver an art project which represents your voices and thoughts, taken from the sessions with Trekkah.
